Le centre VFS GLOBAL a annoncé la mise en place d’un nouveau système de prise de rendez-vous pour les demandes de visa, visant à améliorer les services pour les personnes souhaitant obtenir un visa français.
Le centre a indiqué qu’à compter du 6 mai 2024, les personnes souhaitant prendre rendez-vous pour déposer une demande de visa de court séjour peuvent s’inscrire sur la plateforme suivante :

Les inscriptions seront ouvertes du 6 au 15 mai.
Pour s’inscrire sur le lien, les personnes souhaitant obtenir un rendez-vous pour le dépôt d’une demande de visa doivent suivre certaines étapes.
Premièrement, il faut remplir un formulaire de demande de visa de court séjour sur le site France-Visas : https://france-visas.gouv.fr/. Ensuite, lors de la connexion à la plateforme de rendez-vous, il est nécessaire de saisir l’adresse e-mail personnelle et le numéro de téléphone personnel, qui doivent correspondre à ceux mentionnés dans le formulaire de demande de visa.
Un code d’utilisation unique sera ensuite envoyé pour démarrer le processus d’inscription. Ce même code devra être vérifié le jour du rendez-vous.
Une fois le code d’utilisation unique validé sur la page d’inscription, il est possible de choisir la catégorie de visa, suivie de la raison principale du voyage.
Dans le cas de demandes de rendez-vous groupés, veuillez indiquer le nombre de demandeurs qui devraient accompagner le demandeur principal. Veuillez noter que ce champ ne pourra pas être modifié ultérieurement.
Le demandeur devra télécharger une copie claire de son passeport et saisir le numéro de référence des visas pour la France. Le système demandera également automatiquement de télécharger une copie du passeport des autres demandeurs, si le demandeur a sélectionné plus d’un demandeur à l’étape précédente.
Une fois l’inscription terminée, le demandeur recevra un e-mail confirmant la réussite de l’inscription et un mot de passe qu’il utilisera pour se connecter à son compte. (En cas de perte de cet e-mail ou de problèmes, il n’y a aucune option de récupération de mot de passe). Un rendez-vous lui sera attribué en fonction des disponibilités entre le seizième jour et la fin du mois de son inscription. Il aura ensuite la possibilité d’accepter et de confirmer le rendez-vous dans un délai de 48 heures en choisissant le mode de paiement disponible. Si le paiement n’est pas effectué dans le délai imparti, le rendez-vous proposé sera automatiquement annulé. Il est également possible de refuser le rendez-vous proposé.
Une fois le paiement effectué, le demandeur recevra une confirmation de rendez-vous par e-mail à l’adresse e-mail enregistrée.
Veuillez noter que toute anomalie détectée peut entraîner le refus d’accès au centre ou l’annulation du rendez-vous.
Si aucun rendez-vous ne lui est attribué, le demandeur est invité à renouveler son inscription entre le premier et le quinzième jour de chaque mois.
