ALGER – La holding Madar a annoncé, dans un communiqué, la fin des fonctions de M. Charaf-Eddine Amara en sa qualité de Président-Directeur Général, et ce, à compter du 14 octobre 2025. Cette décision a été prise à l’issue de l’Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire de l’entreprise, qui s’est tenue le même jour au siège du ministère de l’Industrie.
En conséquence, M. Lotfi Bouarara a été désigné pour assurer la fonction de Directeur Général par intérim, à compter du 15 octobre 2025.
La holding a tenu à adresser ses « sincères remerciements et sa profonde gratitude » à M. Charaf-Eddine Amara pour « ses efforts et sa contribution tout au long de son mandat », lui souhaitant plein succès dans la suite de sa carrière professionnelle.
Madar Holding a également adressé ses vœux de pleine réussite à M. Lotfi Bouarara dans ses nouvelles fonctions. L’entreprise a, par la même occasion, réaffirmé son engagement à « poursuivre sa dynamique de développement et de modernisation, afin de consolider sa position de groupe national leader, de relever les défis économiques et de contribuer aux efforts de l’État pour une croissance industrielle durable ».
